Watts Bar?

I usually fish in Middle TN but I am heading up to Watts Bar for a 3 day weekend with some friends that have a Lake House up there. I know there are some restrictions still due to the coal ash spill but does anyone have a clue about the fishing on this lake? I've never fished it so baits and tactics to use would be greatly appreciated.

Below the dam is great for anything.They catch some really big cat and stripers below the dam.
