Went to Tims Ford Yesterday Feb 15th
 

Got on the lake about 11am and fished till around4pm. Caught 1 nice largemouth on a sexy shad colored crankbait in about 10-12 foot of water also had a couple other smaller fish follow the lure to the boat and I missed a couple other strikes. Still a great day to be on the lake.

I also got to meet Rick McFerrin out on the lake. He stopped by as I was fishing down a bank. We talked a little out there and then more at the ramp while recovering our boats. Rick is a very nice guy and I enjoyed very much talking to him. I had a few questions since I am basically re-learning Bass fishing again after a long time away from it and he helped me a lot.
