Small Skipjacks??
 

Went below Old Hickory Sat AM and the small skipjacks at the dam were MIA. I don't remember them being that difficult to catch this time of year, we went down river and caught a few bass. Isn't this too early for them to spread out? I thought they stayed around until the water got really cold??? Thanks in advance.
