I saw that on FB. Either Babe Winkelman or Ron Lindner reposted it. The post i read made reference to the DNR. not the TWRA. I didnt read anything that said where it was caught though.
Really, really cool looking fish.

I don't think it's part goldfish. I think it's jut a crappie with a weird genetic discoloration.
