Got out on the water around two and fished till 6:00. Tough going for the most part but managed a few. I was mainly bass fishing below the bridge and found temps up to 65 degrees. I caught this Smallie on a jerkbait with a surprisingly fast action. She hammered it when I jerked it three times real quick rather than the slower pattern prior.

Yes, but that was the warmest we found. There is still a lot of stain but not as bad as I expected. Not unusual to see 5-6 degree swings in temps from spot to spot yesterday. I can see how it could jump as the sun was very high and intense. I didn't make it up further than Hotel/Motel islands.
