Below the dam?

If you mean below the dam on Chick. There is a small ramp at Cottonport marina.
Small but very usable and you park in a camera covered grass area.
$3.00

Was actually thinking of going to Watts Bar tomorrow but I have found schooling shad being pushed to the top the last two weeks at Melton Hill so I'm going to try and catch them just right again tomorrow, last week I caught 22 bass, the week before a buddy and I hit over 60 in 2 days not including 20+ hybrids and white bass
