That’s all!! It’s been a stressful journey. To anyone about to go through this process or thinking about it, make damn sure you have all your paper work (taxes, paycheck stubs, and bank statements). Research lenders or banks, and the possibility of the THDA loans. You’ll thank me and yourself later.

Congratulations on the home and hard work done to make it happen.

Don't look back on the paperwork stress with regret. Even after having bought and sold several homes; our current home - purchased 5 years ago - was stupid silly with the paper chase . . . the price we all pay coming out of 2008/2009.

Thanks, I appreciate that. It was a lot of hard work, repairing the damage to my credit that I did when I was younger and dumber!! 😂

I have no regrets. The market is stupid high right now, but I got what I wanted at a decent price for where the market is right now

Like my dad told me along time ago after i got my first house : If you think it was hard gettin it , the real hard part is keeping it and making 30 years of payments! Ha
