I agree with Woody especially if we get the big pavillion next to the boat ramp which has plenty of space a giant grill there already plenty of parking for boats and a playground

Instead of "The Agelesssone" .... It will be "The Bobberlesssone" ... Yep, No floats for your pole ...

LOL, I just read this post to Susi and she loves it, especially "no bobbers for my pole!"

She didn't seem to be too keen on bein traded for fishing tackle. Says I've got enough to outfit a bait shop.

Ohhhhhuuueee ... <'TK><

Don't want to go there but I'll take her word for it ... LOL !!! :)

Alright guys the date is set for Saturday May 3rd, and it seems like Sanders Ferry Park is a good central location.

It was brought to my attention that we could get a shelter at Shelby Park for free from one of our gracious members here, but it didn't seem as if there was much interest in Shelby Park.

Shelter (8) the large one by the water holds 250 people and the cost to me will be $200.00 for the day. This is the one everyone is talking about, it would be a little overkill to the group we had last year around 35-40???.
I don't know if its available or not. If everyone wants me to get it I will try.

Doesn't matter to me but you should not have to pay for that shelter from your pocket. That costs needs to be spread out to those of us who attend and each one pay our share.

I'd like to see you and SAMBOLIE simultaneously put on a fishing seminar.

Reel Tune 02-06-2014 02:21 PM

If we can find a resident of Hendersonville to reserve it, it will be $150. I do not know any residents of Hendersonville personally or well enough to give money to and rely on them to reserve the right shelter. If we can agree upon shelter 8, and if we want to do that I'll front the money to a respected person if we can find one.

Contact either gboyce or tacklemake. They are both Hendersonville residents, both retired and both are humongously wealthy!

I'm sure either would be willing and able to reserve it for us.
