There is a member here who makes them, but I think he has changed his screen name a time or two. I have bought several dozen from him. He is reasonable priced and a square shooter. His phone # is 615-388-3212

I think he has the wedge head as well as the football head jigs. He offers custom colors as well as custom skirt colors.
