OHD - Caught 2

Went below Old Hickory Dam on my lunch break today. Caught these 2. Pretty sure they are white bass. Gates were open, and water was very turbulent! Caught 1 on a bucktail jig with swimbait trailer. The other on a bandit crankbait.

White bass they are and they get much bigger than that below the dam.

The dam is calling. Pray for less rain and an open spillway door.

Thanks, everyone. My son caught one that was over 3 pounds there a couple of weeks ago. The current was so heavy when I caught these 2 that I thought they were over 20 pounds when I first hooked them. Hoping the current flow slows some this week, but not too much!
