Fishing is hot right now on JPP. Fished today from 3:00-6:00. Caught 14 crappie all keepers, 21 yellow stripe kept 8 that were 10" in size, and released 14 white bass. Everything caught on 1/16 black/chartreuse jig, 4lb. test.

Looks like it is turning on! Wow I had the same number of keepers. I had about 20 non keepers too.

This week, I have fished the upper, lower, and mid parts of the lake, with success at each area. Today, I caught the crappie in a mid lake cove.
