being here in nashville, we have some great lakes for fishing, crappie especially. I fish JPP 99% of the time, just cause its so close to me, but seeing some of the pics of OH crappie has me thinking.
obviously they are 2 totally different lakes, and it comes down to personal preference as well. But if you had to choose either JPP or OH to crappie fish from this point forward, which would it be? is there less crappie fishing pressure on OH? Better crappie habitat on JPP? less boat traffic on OH?
just curious as to what some of you guys have to say on this.

I have never crappie fished JPP. I live close to OH and just started fishing for them a month ago. Been catching some good fish, but I hear great things about JPP. I don't see nearly as many crappie fishermen on OH so that is a plus to me.

Less traffic is always a plus, whether its fishing or pleasure.
Im guessing OH is behind JPP in regards to water temp, so that would be a benefit...kinda extending the spring fishing from one lake to the next.
From people pics too, looks like white crappies have a larger population.

Fish OH like a river, when the dam pulls hard the fish patterns change.
