Skunked at Williamsport

Went out for about 5 hours today on Shellcracker, not a single fish. A couple of nibbles on a crappie jig but no fish in the boat. Bass fishing has been rough all year up to this point. Anyone else having any luck?

Any theories on why these fish won't eat?
