I haven't been wade fishing in about a week. I ended up with 2 keeper crappie, a white bass, one large bluegill, 4 yellow bass, 1 twelve inch largemouth, and 3 non keeper crappie. When I got there about 2 they didn't want anything with a large profile so I used woody's 1/32 ounce jig in chartreuse. At the end around 6:30 they hit the crappie magnet harder than anything. The magnet color was black/chartruse.
I am fishing a bass tourney out of center hill saturday and I can't wait! I have 3 rods rigged up with a spinnerbait, a tube, and a jerk bait. We will be launching out of Ragland Bottom.

Good luck this weekend. Center hill is a whole different monster. I have fished it before and caught some smallmouth and spots but it's a tough lake. Some of the best days I have had were on Larger mister twisters and flukes fished in flooded wood. I have a friend trying to talk me out of working tomorrow and going to Tims ford because he said he is killing it right now.

Good luck at your tourney! Remember, it's gonna blow 10-25 from the south tomorrow. So even if its not windy Saturday, the fish will likely still be tight on those wind blown banks ;)

Oh I almost forgot. I got to try out my new combo today. Okuma stratus 25 reel with a 6 foot berkley amp rod. Great sensitivity and smoothness.

Isaac:
Good luck on your tournament this weekend. May also want to try a crank bait like a Manns Baby1 Minus. I use to catch a lot of bass this time of year on that bait.
