Got my limit of whites today on roostertails and crappie magnets under floats. My brother got his too with the same lures. We had to walk a little ways to find the honey hole. Too bad we found it within the last hour or so before dark. :D We just filled up the remaining space of the 5 gallon bucket of yellow bass. No crappie today. Got about 20 small hybrids that I threw back. I never get tired of seeing that bobber go down.

Nice catch. My friends dad went monday and caught 7 keeper bass from the same area we fished saturday. He said he could have stayed and caught whites all day if he wanted to. If my lower unit is ready I am going to go check fish it saturday morning and try the new unit out.

I will try and get out if it isn't raining to hard. Where do you put in at?

Great bunch of fish! I really do think the yellows fry up just a teeny bit tastier than their cousins.

Either fall creek ramp or Lamar hill and run into spring creek. I am on call this week so that means if we have any drying equipment set saturday I will have to check it which may keep me from fishing.

I only got 4 today. It seems like as soon as I start to develope a pattern the pattern completely comes apart.

I like the catching days! The weather is looking more and more nasty this weekend, nice all week rains all weekend.

nice all week rains all weekend.

This seems to be the theme lately! I don't like it, it makes fishing and deer hunting tough!

Yeah after seeing the weather, i think im going to scrap my River plans and possibly hit JPP for something fryer-worthy on monday in hopes that it will be clearer water.

That is great that you are homeschooled. You will have a leg up in life.

I personally would avoid either ramp, especially on a week day. My truck was literall ransacked at Fall Creek one day while duck hunting, took everything. I know of several vehicles and trailers that have been stolen at Lamar Hill.

Way to take the initiative and do things ahead of time to free yourself up to do what you enjoy. More kids (and some adults) should be more like you in this regard.
