Bluegill with virus?

Went out to Percy Priest today and caught a whole lot of big bluegill, with a total of probable 90-100 bluegill today. I released all the fish so I didn't get any pics but this one. I caught maybe 10 bluegills that looked like this, some even worse. What is this?

I don't know what it is but is quite common in summer to find some like that.
