Fished KY Lake-Leatherwood with a friend from Old Hickory Saturday and Sunday. Its sick how many fish we caught. Pulled in a 20 inch/3lb sauger-personal best-we let him swim back home. Kept 50 crappie- Caught most fish trolling Manns 15+, Bandit 300's, Deep wee r's and Radar Love. Water temp 85 in the creek.

Those are some nice fish!
I shudder to think what my wife would do to me if she found out I had released a sauger that size. I'm sure I would be talking in high falsetto!

Bandit 300-blue back, chartreuse. Deep wee r-I think they are the crappie crank model- white with black eyes. Radar 13 crystal crawdad.
The Ky has a lack of sauger-and though someone else might have thrown him in the frying pan we hoped it was a female full of eggs to help the cause.
If you like catching 6 inch porcupines/yellas-go to the KY.
