Don't know about that lake in particular but my three go-to for LM would be a texas rigged 7" green worm with blue flake, a lipless crankbait(or square lipped) and a popper. You've got the surface covered for the morning, mid depth for schooling fish or ones on the edge of cover and a worm you can fish shallow, deep, and in the thicker mess.

Spit N Image from Heddon
Shakeyhead with Zoom magnum trickworm
Either carolina rig or 3/4 oz jig

I am just not a crankbait guy or they would be there. #2 is my go to.

Percy Priest is an exceptionally hard lake to fish during the day in July and August. I would have a shakey head with a 4 inch worm, a texas rig with an 8 inch worm or lizard and a Lucky Craft crankbait in a red glitter shad pattern.

Fishing Priest late summer I would have a Zara Spook or LC Sammy, a deep diving crankbait, and a drop shot rig tied on if I could only choose three. I mainly fish the lower end of the lake though.

Tough for me to narrow it down to just 3, but if I had to choose:

1. Zara Spook
2. Shakey head with a Roboworm (in the wintertime, this would change to football jig)
3. Pearl Fluke, fished weightless.
