I still think an injunction is plausible. It will take an attorney to convince a judge to issue a stop. Aren’t most legislators attorneys, former attorneys, or know a lot of attorneys...?
Its my continued belief that the Corps is out of their legal jurisdiction, and they are trampling on States rights. Here’s a brief study course on Public Trust Doctrine, courtesy of your government.

So I did a bunch of reading on this and what I gather from it is that the Corps can control the navigation, but the State owns the water, fish and the land under the water and that the State has the right to have access to the "Land" under the water......????

Is there anyway to organize a legal fund for "ANYONE" that would want to contribute to fight the corp? Does anyone know an attorney that specializes in matters such as this?
