i am interested in the card but I don't know that much about them .. how long have you had the card. it seems that a person has to pay to update these cards, have you found this to be true or doesn't the information change much from yr to yr

From the cards I had in MN, you could send your old card in and get the new card for just an upgrade price. I never upgraded because the cards I owned had very tight 1" contours on the lakes I fished. I miss having a boat with a GPS map unit. It helped me a lot!
