Tim's Ford 1-6-2012
Terry Hicks (pictured) and I put in at the State Park Ramp this morning at 6:30am and fished until 12:30. Water temp was 47 degrees if they drop the water much more the ramp will be iffy....you can see the end very easily. For most of the morning we didn't have any wind but still managed to put the Smallmouth and Spots that you see in the boat. I also lost a very good fish that hit with 2 or 3 cranks left at eventually pulled off. Best lure by far for us was the Rapala Red Craw DT6 (see picture below dated 12-30-11) 6lb Sufix Pro Mix Mono line of choice. Last post for the week-Rick McFerrin www.tennesseebassguides.com (http://www.tennesseebassguides.com/)
