Normandy 10-20-11

Went to Normandy this afternoon for a little fishing. Thought I might get into some of the big Black Nose Crappie that hang around below the dam sometimes. No such luck. Did get a decent Sauger for my supper though....not too big but those things have a lot of meat on them. Caught a lot of nicely colored Sunfish and one 3 foot long Spotted Gar. Will try Nickajack again tomorrow if the release schedule is not good at Pickwick.

Thats the first sauger I have ever heard of coming from Normandy.

I think he is in the Duck below Normandy Dam but could be wrong.

Should be some good eatin "eyes" up above in the lake.
