Yesterday Terry and I had a great day catching atleast 20 Smallmouth and Largemouth ...But...we couldn't put a big one in the boat. Rapala Flat Rap Silver/Blue did the trick again...8lb test Sufix Pro Mix lis by far the line of choice. www.rapala.com (http://www.rapala.com/) www.sufix.com (http://www.sufix.com/) Today Daniel was out of school so we teamed up with David ....bought 10 dozen Tuffy's and what a great day. Smallmouth-Largemouth-Hybrid-Black Nose Crappie-Channel Cats-hand size blue gill......we had to catch 60 or more combined easy. Today we used VMC Bait Keeper Hooks www.vmchooks.com (http://www.vmc.com/) 6lb Sufix Pro Mix www.sufix.com (http://www.sufix.com/) and yes ALL THE FISH was caught on the Pro Mix.....if your not using this line you are missing the boat...small diameter-limp-comes of the spool like silk and very strong. The Blacknose were all clones weighing between 1 1/2to 2lbs each. Water temp was 71 with a north wind and air temp in the high 50's and mid 60's. 2 great days.
