Tim's Ford 6-23-2011
Daniel and I took advantage of the overcast and 72 degree air temp this morning and fished Tim's from 7:00am until 10:15am. We caught and released a total of 8...both Largemouth came on a 3/8 Luhr-Jensen Krocodile Spoon www.luhr-jensen.com (http://www.luhr-jensen.com/) and all the Smallmouth on a McFerrin Swim Jig www.meanmouthlureco.com (http://www.meanmouthlureco.com/) and a Prowler Slim Jim www.prowlerlures.com (http://www.prowlerlures.com/). with the tail dipped JJ's Magic Chartreuse www.jjsmagic.com (http://www.jjsmagic.com/) I rig the Slim Jim on a 1/0 VMC Round Bend Worm Hook....these are ultra sharp and you get a great hook up....line as always is Sufix Pro Mix 6 to 10 lb test www.sufix.com (http://www.sufix.com/) depending on what I'm throwing. All of these great products can be purchased at most local tackle stores-If they aren't carrying a particular item ask them to order it for you to come in on their next order.
