We have been on vacation this week but I did manage to get to Tim's today and did I ever have a great time, unfortunately Daniel didn't get out of bed this morning so as you can tell by the pictures I was by myself. I caught and released well over 30 Largemouth and Smallmouth today on the following. Rapala X Rap www.rapala.com (http://www.rapala.com/) White Terminator Spinner bait www.terminatorlures.com (http://www.terminatorlures.com/) and a 1/4 ounce Blk/Blue and 1/4 ounce Brown Rick McFerrin Signature Swim Jig with a Prowler Grub trailer www.prowler;lures.com (http://www.prowler;lures.com/) dipped in Clear JJ's Magic www.jjsmagic.com (http://www.jjsmagic.com/) And as always I use Sufix 6lb-8lb and 10lb test Pro Mix line www.sufix.com (http://www.sufix.com/) The wind stayed brisk all day out of the North and water temps varied between 60.6 and 59.3 just about everywhere I fished. I had to swim the jig a little slower than I like to today but it was a good thud when they connected. The X Rap and Terminator fish were very aggressive......I like that. More next week.
