A friend seen two what he thought were basket balls floating over by the dam and investigated them.
Turns out to be a Man and his daughter, They were Kayaking and flipped their boats. He seen them and hauled them out of the 50° water.
You really only have 20 minutes to survive in that temp.
I would suggest a great rule when the big motor is on wear a Jacket and kill switch!
