I have had this motor for 3 years. Best i can remember, its a 1961 year class.
It has not been turned over in just under a year. it has been garage kept 100% of the time since i took ownership of it. I ran Ethanol Free gas in it every time with the exception of the last time i used it. (my local station stopped carrying it) so it has not had but maybe 2-3 gallons of Ethanol Gas ran through it.
TK did all the work on this motor when i first got it. Carb work, a few other things but the compression is great on both cylinders. When i was running this boat, a few pounds ago...lol...according to my phone navionics, i got it up to 22mph going down river. some of you light weights may be able to get it a little quicker. lol.
Im sure after sitting for a year, it will be some carb cleaner shot in it and maybe replace the plugs, but it should run great. Always started within 3 pulls for me even on the coldest days.
Ive got $450 in it and asking $400.
