I had planned on doing that with my topwater this coming winter at the steam plant but the up n moved the barrier. Dang it! :D

So the last time I fished the steam plant, I did something similar as the wind was blowing towards the cove... I "ballooned" out live baits out past the "lure catching tree" it made for a fun time! Though that was when the barrier was up, im unsure of the status of it now?
