hey guys, what do you use to get/keep the water spots off your fishfinder screens? Just a damp rag or something?
Seems like the screen on my lowrance just wont stay spot free and its an eye catching distraction.
any suggestions as what to use/not use on them?

Windex with vinegar. I've used it for years with no problems.

Just a damp/wet rag, depends on the amount of crap on it.

Rub a small amount of dawn on the screen, Wet a paper towel and lay it over the screen, sprinkle some white vinegar over the paper towel and let sit for a few moments and then wipe it off.

This gets brought up quite often on many forums. I use a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar with a microfiber cloth. HB recommends Windex with vinegar. But I just make my own. Don't use regular Windex as it will most likely destroy the screen.
