Any reports from Nickajack?

I can't find anything good or bad about Nickajack about crappie or bass bite. Anyone have any info?

As of a few days ago the crappie bite was not good. A few weeks back commercial fisherman had gill nets in the lake and many think that has caused the problems. All I know is the locals there are pretty upset about it and are petitioning TWRA to no longer allow gill netting on Nickajack or Chickamauga. I will go there one day this coming week and report back.

It's amazing they still allow gill nets.
