Trying to avoid going to a marine if possible but I have a 1996 Evinrude 30 that since the boat was passed along to me three years ago from an uncle, has never been "serviced." I've never had an issue but figure no time like the present to have it sharpened up.

Best place to go? Anyone out there capable of knocking it out at a fair price? I like in Franklin.

Thanks.

Hmmm... you might want to give this place a try: http://www.oldoutboardbarn.com/

Seems like there are a few of us here that might know who the owner is. :D

I will be glad to look it over ... I have to leave in the Morning to venture down to the Hot and mosquito infested Southern Fla. ;)To attend two boat races in New Smyrna Beach and Lake Placid ... Delivering motors and picking up more to modify ... PM Me Next Friday and we will talk .... <'TK>< :)

I cannot recommend TK highly enough! He's worked on my Johnson 15 horse two stroke and Honda 5 horse four stroke and every time had them running great and is more than fair!
